We had a lot of fun at One Day Camp!
We sang songs and made faces!
We moved our bodies!
Even though it was raining, we had fun things to do!
We all got ready for our nature walk!
We found a friendly little crab in the forest.
We saw beautiful trees and rivers.
We learned about the magic of the forest and Japanese folklore.
We made a wish on the magic bridge.
We were so hungry after our walk, so we got ready for dinner!
Yummy curry rice! More please!
After dinner, we brought our things to the campfire site.
We sang more songs!
We played rock scissors paper train and laughed!
We danced together and made new friends!
Next, we chanted so that we could have a fire.
We wished with all of our hearts...
...and got a HUGE campfire!
It was a fun filled adventure in nature, so of course we got roast marshmallows!
I hope next year's camp can be just as much fun! See you after summer vacation!
