As part of the International Days activities, Ms. Mariajose, Rose class teacher from Venezuela, introduced Venezuela to each grade level.
今回フォーカスを当てたのは、arepaというベネズエラの食べ物。「ミラベルと魔法の家」にもこのarepaを食べるシーンが出てきます。
This time we focused on arepa, a Venezuelan food. There is a scene in "Encanto" in which arepa is eaten.
この日は暁秀高校に通うベネズエラ人のかおりさんも協力してくれて、arepaの作り方を教わり、実際のarepaの香りをかいでみました。
Kaori, a Venezuelan student at Gyoshu High School, also helped us on this day and taught us how to make arepa, and we smelled the actual aroma of arepa.
